TOTW 6 Predicted Starting XI
While not quite as thrilling as the international break, TOTW 6 still offers some strong options for your Ultimate Teams. This includes a potential featured upgrade for Nunez, an IF for the popular Leao, or a second IF for Félix.
GK: Yehvann Diouf (Nice) - 78 OVR -> 82 OVR:
It’s rare to see a goalkeeper included after conceding twice, but that’s exactly what could happen with Diouf claiming the Keeper of the Week spot in France, following a strong 8/10 match rating from L’Équipe. The Senegalese keeper made a total of five saves, including a penalty stop, as Nice edged Lyon 3-2.
CB: Danilho Doekhi (Union Berlin) - 78 OVR -> 82 OVR:
Onto an easy selection now, with Doekhi scoring twice from central defence for Union Berlin as they recorded a 3-1 win over Gladbach. There were plenty of options from the Bundesliga this week, but Doekhi shouldn’t be one to miss out.
CB: Harry Maguire (Manchester United) - 80 OVR -> 83 OVR:
Harry Maguire often pops up with late winners, especially in big fixtures. He did the same again this weekend, with Manchester United adding to Liverpool’s misery with a 2-1 win, handing them their fourth consecutive defeat. Sky awarded Maguire Man of the Match, which in such a high-profile fixture inevitably results in an IF.
RB: Nordi Mukiele (Sunderland) - 79 OVR -> 82 OVR:
Sunderland continue to pick up points, with their safety in the Premier League already looking extremely likely. Their latest match saw a 2-0 win over struggling Wolves, during which Mukiele scored the opening goal and went on to claim MOTM as a result.
LW: Darwin Nunez (Al-Hilal) - 79 OVR -> 84 OVR:
Despite his recent struggles at Liverpool, Nunez remains a big name in world football and looks to be a prime candidate for the featured spot this week. With two goals and an assist, he continued his strong form since moving to Al-Hilal, recording attacking returns in four of his last five matches.
CM: Andrej Kramaric (Hoffenheim) - 81 OVR -> 84 OVR:
I feel this position could go one of two ways, with both Kramaric and Stiller competing for a Bundesliga CM spot. Both scored once and assisted another, but with Stiller featuring in Cornerstones, that will likely be in the back of EA's mind. For that reason, I am opting for the safer choice with Kramaric.
RM: Leroy Sane (Galatasaray) - 82 OVR -> 84 OVR:
There were a few options from the Turkish Süper Lig this week, but it’s unlikely the division will receive more than one IF. Sane is the most probable, with the German being a more desirable card in the game. His brace helped Galatasaray to a 2-1 away win.
LW: Rafael Leao (AC Milan) - 84 OVR -> 86 OVR:
One of the most exciting players this week is likely to be Leao. The Portuguese winger is a popular option in the game, and this IF will probably be a highly desirable one. AC Milan recorded a 2-1 win over Fiorentina, with Leao scoring both goals, earning him Man of the Match with a 7.5 rating from Gazzetta.
RW: Alexandra Popp (Wolfsburg) - 85 OVR -> 86 OVR:
After losing to Munich last week, all Wolfsburg can do is keep winning and hope for a slip-up from Bayern. They recorded a 5-1 away win over Leverkusen this weekend, with Popp scoring two of those five goals. There were only a few women who stood out this week, so with that in mind, I highly doubt Popp will miss out.
ST: Jean-Philippe Mateta (Crystal Palace) - 82 OVR -> 84 OVR:
A recent SBC for Mateta does make this decision significantly more difficult, but after scoring three times, can you really ignore him? Mateta was among the best performers this week, and although Palace could only manage a point, their 3-3 draw with Bournemouth was largely thanks to the Frenchman.
ST:Joao Felix (Al-Nassr) - 79 OVR -> 86 OVR:
We have been lingering on the edge of a SIF for a few weeks now, with promotions likely ruling out a couple already. Now in week six, I believe we are due for the first one. Félix scored three times for Al-Nassr this week, which will likely result in the Portuguese striker receiving the mentioned SIF.

TOTW 6 Predicted Subs & Reserves
LB: Arsene Kouassi (Lorient) - 66 OVR -> 80 OVR:
EA shows no signs of slowing down the number of non-gold selections in each side. The bigger leagues tend to see their silvers sneak onto the bench, and Kouassi is one of two benefiting from that strategy this week. The LB scored once and assisted another during Lorient's 3-3 draw with Brest.
CM: Christoph Baumgartner (Leipzig) - 77 OVR -> 81 OVR:
The Bundesliga saw several midfielders perform this week, and another was Baumgartner. The Austrian recorded two goals for Leipzig this weekend, a performance that heavily contributed to their 2-1 win over Hamburg.
RM: Pedro Neto (Chelsea) - 80 OVR -> 83 OVR:
Reece James is a popular choice, but with many other defenders in the Premier League and James’s SBC card, I can see EA instead opting for Pedro Neto. Both players recorded a goal and an assist, and while James played deeper on the pitch, both performances were influential in the final result.
CM:Adrien Thomasson (Lens) - 77 OVR -> 81 OVR:
Lens have made a strong start to the season and currently sit just two points behind Marseille after eight matches. Their most recent victory came at home against Paris, with central midfielder Thomasson supplying both assists. With only a handful of Ligue 1 players earning a rating of eight or higher this week, he stands out as a key selection.
ST: Julian Quinones (Al-Qadisiyah) - 80 OVR -> 83 OVR:
The Saudi division produced an impressive number of standout performances this week, including three hat-tricks from strikers alone. While some of these may miss out, I’ve focused on the numbers rather than selecting a striker with just two goals. Quinones scored all three of Al-Qadisiyah’s goals in their 3-1 away victory.
ST: Joaquin Panichelli (Strasbourg) - 74 OVR -> 80 OVR:
Strasbourg couldn’t secure all three points but earning a draw away at PSG remains an impressive achievement. Panichelli is the second silver making the bench this week with his double against PSG standing out among strikers despite several hat tricks occuring.
ST: Samu (Porto) - 79 OVR -> 82 OVR:
Porto were always expected to win this match comfortably, and with EA now factoring cup competitions into TOTW, Samu’s hat-trick makes his inclusion almost certain. The sample size remains small, so there is still some guesswork involved regarding club quality and the specific round and how that changes EA's eventual decisions
CB: Clark Robertson (Dundee FC) - 64 OVR -> 80 OVR:
Dundee FC claimed just their second win of the season, in a stunning upset against title favourites Celtic. Robertson scored one of the two goals, and in such a surprise victory, it could be enough for him to earn a spot on the reserves.
LM: Harry Anderson (Colchester) - 60 OVR -> 80 OVR:
Colchester were already overlooked for one IF, but it seems unlikely that will happen again this week. Anderson scored all three goals as Colchester claimed a 3-1 victory over Harrogate.
ST: Younes Ebnoutalib (Elversberg) - 62 OVR -> 80 OVR:
Moving on to some dominant performances, Elversberg recorded a 6-0 win over Fürth. Ebnoutalib scored half of those goals, netting a hat-trick, and was subsequently named POTW.
ST: Ayase Ueda (Feyenoord) - 74 OVR -> 80 OVR:
Another dominant performance came from Feyenoord, who scored seven goals without reply in a remarkable away win over Heracles. While there were a few standout performers from the match, it’s Ueda’s hat-trick that will likely earn the nod.
ST: Paddy Madden (Accrington) - 62 OVR -> 80 OVR:
Closing out the week, we have another hat-trick, this time in League 2, which could mean either Madden or Anderson might miss out. Both have strong claims, but with Madden adding an assist to his hat-trick, it would be surprising if he doesn’t make the final side.
