To get the Levante UD player to this level she needs to go through FC Founders II, FC Founders Upgrade and the FS Strike Force Training evos.
2. Ferran Torres
The FC Barcelona winger gets a solid boost, getting him up to 5-Star Skill Moves and some really good finishing inside the box coupled with his dribbling.
The Spaniard is low in the list due to his low Sprint Speed and Stamina as well as poor physicals, if those stats were above average then he would be incredibly meta.

The Liverpool FC forward has been the topic of a lot of discussion, between his FC Pro Open objective and the Premier League POTM SBC his value has been highly debated.
